How fast is delivery? +
Turnaround depends on the plan — from as little as 2 days for a Spark animation up to 7 days for a full Signature pack. Delivery time begins once intake is complete.
Do you do rush jobs? +
Yes. Reach out before you order and we'll confirm whether a rush slot is available. Rush delivery usually comes with a small surcharge, which we'll agree up-front.

The big picture
What exactly do I receive at the end of a project? +
Every plan delivers an MP4 master, a transparent WebM (and animated GIF where appropriate), and — from the Story tier upward — the original After Effects project file so you can hand it to any editor in the future.
How do I get started? +
Pick a plan that matches the scope you need, complete the checkout, and you'll be taken to a project intake form where you can upload your logo, brand assets, and a short brief. Your project enters production the moment intake is complete.
Is this a subscription? +
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a specific project. Order again whenever you have another piece you want animated.

Payment & refunds
Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept major credit and debit cards securely through Authorize.Net. Your card details are tokenised in your browser and never touch our servers.
Do you offer refunds? +
If production hasn't started, we'll refund in full. Once the first draft has been sent, we move to revision instead of refund — but we work every piece until you're happy with it.

How we work
What files should I send with my brief? +
Ideally a vector version of your logo (AI, SVG, or PDF). If you only have a PNG that's fine — we'll work from the highest-resolution source you can provide. Brand colours and any specific fonts help us match your visual identity.
How do revisions work? +
Each plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. After every draft you can leave notes directly on the order page, and we'll roll them into the next pass. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount can be added at a flat rate.
Can we talk during the project? +
Yes. Every order has a built-in chat thread between you and our team, so you can send references, clarify direction, or approve a cut without leaving the dashboard.
