From brief to delivery,
in five steps.
We've kept the process intentionally short. Most projects move from intake to final delivery inside a week — without losing the time you need to think.
-
Step 01
01
~5 minutes
Submit brief + assets
Pick a plan, check out, and you're taken straight to a short intake form.
You upload your logo (AI / SVG / PDF / PNG), brand fonts and colours, and a few sentences about what you need. Drop reference links — YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Dribbble — that capture the vibe. Reply takes around 5 minutes.

Step 02
02
Day 1
Concept & storyboard
A motion designer reads your brief, picks a direction and locks the timing.
We translate your brief into a single-direction concept: easing, type rhythm, beat targets, and a rough storyboard for sequences. You see this in the order chat before any frame is rendered, so we can adjust before production.
-
Step 03
03
Day 2–4
Animation production
Scenes are built frame by frame in After Effects.
This is where the bulk of the work happens — colour-matching to your brand, easing every motion curve, and stitching the final timing. You can drop notes, references or audio cues in the chat at any time and we'll fold them in.
-
Step 04
04
Day 5
Revisions
You review the first cut. We refine within the included revision rounds.
Drafts land in your order chat with a private link. You leave timestamped notes, request a re-time, swap a colour, retype a line — whatever needs changing — and we deliver the next pass. Each plan includes a specific number of revision rounds; extras can be added at a flat rate if needed.

Step 05
05
Day 5–7
Final delivery
You sign off. We export and deliver every format you need.
High-bitrate MP4 master, transparent WebM and animated GIF for the web, and — from the Story tier upward — the original After Effects project file with organised comps so any editor can re-cut the piece in the future.
Live order chat
Every order has its own chat — references, drafts, approvals all in one place.
Status visible end-to-end
Watch your project move from Pending → Production → Review → Delivered.
Source file from Story tier
From the Story plan and up, you keep the After Effects project — for life.
