Brief: a retail-investing newsletter wanted a recurring weekly Reel format — same template, swap the numbers each week, ship in under an hour from copy lock. What we did: designed a six-scene 9:16 system with kinetic numerals built on slot-machine roll comps, plus four column-graph transitions you can recolour in seconds. Hooked the durations to a markers-and-expressions setup so a non-designer can swap copy. Shipped: the master template, a recipe doc on how to adapt it weekly, and three example weeks delivered for launch.
